What do i need to open the files ?

Yes, you can use the inline widget for this. We embed the preferred widgets inside your website.

What are the differences between the inline, dialog widgets and url email link widget?

The only difference is in the way it appears on your website. The inline widget can be embedded directly in a page or blog post. The dialog widget appears as a dialog box when a visitor clicks on the button. You can see demos of the inline widgetthe dialog widget and the url Link widget. With this you can send clients in an email like the gmail and it will allow them leave a message  whilst driving the traffic to your site.

Does a sender have to create a VoiceMail Pro account in order to send a message through the widget?

No, the sender does not have to create an account. After recording their message, the sender has to leave their name and email, so you can contact them back. If you do not need this option, then let us know

Why does VoiceMail Pro use Flash? Why you don't you implement VoiceMail Pro using HTML5?

VoiceMail Pro already uses an HTML5 recorder on devices that support this functionality. Unfortunately, iOS and some Android devices do not yet support HTML5 recording. SpeakPipe can use HTML5 recording only in the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on computers and Android devices. There is no way to “force” HTML5 recording on devices that don’t support it.

Does VoiceMail Pro work on mobile devices?

VoiceMail Pro works with the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox on Android devices. iOS devices don’t support recording audio in a browser, so you need the VoiceMail Pro iOS app in order to record voice messages.

Is it possible to add a VoiceMail Pro widget to the bottom of an email newsletter?

Yes you can embed the url version style, depending on your plan. However, you can also put this VoiceMail Pro url widget on a page of your website and add a link to this page to your email newsletter asking people to send you voice messages.

Will I be able to use VoiceMail Pro on my website if I'm already using some other plugins and widgets?

There are no conflicts with other plugins, so you can use VoiceMail Pro on your website. If you see any issues with the VoiceMail Pro widget, feel free to contact VoiceMail Pro support.

PRICING & PLAN FAQ

CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. Simply, email us your request to billing@voicemailpro.us and state your request and we will act and process it.

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED FOR MY PLAN?

Your first 30 days is FREE. You will only be charged after 30 days, when you choose to remain after the free period. According to your plan purchased, you will be charged monthly, unless you have made a yearly arrangement with us.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal and Visa. You do not have to have a paypal account to use your, credit card and your debit card. You may also choose to pay bu BAC – bank transfer. But be aware that unlike automated online  payment, your service may be disrupted if your payment is not contineous. Online payment by card is the best advice.

DO I REQUIRE A CONTRACT TO CANCEL?

No, you do not require a contract to start a subscription. The subscription is rolled on 30 days /monthly. And so you can cancel at any time without any penalty or cost to you. Start and stop, whenever you need to.

Will I be refunded if I cancel before the end of the month?

Regardless of when you cancel, no refunds are available for monthly upgrades or monthly subscriptions

I deleted my widgets from my websites, why am I still being charged?

I Just removing widgets from you site does not remove your monthly billing. To stop being charged you must cancel in writing by emailing billing@voicemailpro.us and let us know that you want to cancel your service. Please add your registered email and plan for quick response.

How do I update my billing information?

Please go to your subscription page and follow the instructions.

If I sign up for the paid subscription, can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you cancel your subscription, your paid account will still be available for the rest of the current billing period. At the end of this period your VoiceMailPro account.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, you simply contact us at billing@voicemailpro.us, so we can cancel, so you are not charged.

Can I buy for more than one website ?

Yes you can purchase more than one website. Simply add the multiples of the number you want.
